Real-world Krav Maga for adults, teens and kids — across four local venues. No belts. No theatrics. Just what works when it matters.
Krav Maga was developed for the Israeli Defence Forces — built on instinctive movement, decisive action, and finishing the encounter. No forms. No rituals. No belts that mean nothing on a Friday night in town.
What you train at KMC is the same system used by military and law-enforcement units worldwide, scaled for civilians and taught by an instructor certified by Krav Maga Global. You'll train in real clothing, at realistic distances, against real attacks — strikes, grabs, chokes, weapons, multiple opponents.
We don't water it down for kids and we don't bro-it-up for adults. Same system, same instructor, three age-appropriate intensities.
Confidence, awareness, age-appropriate self-defence. Structured games. Strict safety. No fear-based teaching.
The bridge between juniors and adults. Real techniques against the situations teens actually face — pushed, grabbed, cornered.
The full system. Strikes, defences, chokes, weapons, ground, multiple attackers, third-party protection. All fitness levels welcome.
"You don't rise to the occasion. You fall to the level of your training."
KMC is led by a Krav Maga Global certified instructor with over a decade teaching civilians, security personnel and youth across the North West. Every class is led — never franchised, never delegated to a video.

Our daughter is quieter than most kids her age. The juniors class has given her a confidence that shows up everywhere — school, sport, the lot.
Tried boxing, BJJ, MMA. KMC is the only place where what you drill on Monday is what you'd actually use on a Saturday night.
Walked in nervous. Walked out three months later signed up for the year. Welcoming, serious, and genuinely good at teaching beginners.
